I remember meeting ST Spittin and Plane Jane at Defremery Park in West Oakland a good 5 years or so ago and ever since then have been on the come up.

I love their styles. So quintessentially West Coast in a fresh, yet nostalgic way.   

I personally got hooked after hearing “So High” off Plane Jane’s Crash Landing Mixtape. 

“Suicide” is one of my favorite records I’ve done recently. They perfectly captured what I was going for with that soundscape. 

Definitely MOBB.

Not quite Breeze though.

I call it HAZE.

Around this time, I was very familiar with the terrain; rows of housing, all nearly identical in styling, narrow streets mildly busy with #SFSU commuter students hustling to and from class. As we walked up the stairs of the townhouse, we were greeted with enthusiasm. Anticipation high on behalf of all parties, we enter the house. Upon entrance, I noticed only one thing. Mountains…of Nike boxes. MOUNTAINS. @spankpops shoe game was a metaphor for exactly the type of person he is; THOROUGH. The shock and awe subsides. I pull out the beat CD, load it in, and press play… See, this was one of THOSE moments. Heads Nod. Connections Made. Friendships Forged.
